What we do

We purchase trade receivables arising under export and import contracts and provide immediate cash — without collateral and with minimal bureaucracy. Our focus is commodity trade: oil and petroleum products, metals, and agriculture, grains and oils.

How we assess a transaction

Every transaction is assessed on four dimensions before terms are issued.

The buyer — standing, trading history, ability and willingness to pay at maturity.

Country risk — the political and transfer environment in the buyer’s jurisdiction.

The payment instrument — what evidences the obligation and how enforceable it is. An aval or bank guarantee materially changes the assessment.

The structure — tenor, currency, documentation and the recourse position that fits the transaction.

Every deal receives a thorough risk assessment. Limits are set individually rather than applied from a grid.

How we are funded

We fund transactions from own capital, bank facilities and partner-bank participations. The mix applied to a given transaction depends on its size, tenor and structure.

Confidentiality

Commercial information provided to us is reviewed for the purpose of assessing and structuring your transaction. Contracts, pricing and counterparty details are not disclosed beyond that purpose.
