Because trade finance transactions are cross-border, information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one you are in, including where a participating bank or counterparty is located.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are retained for a limited period and then deleted. Where a transaction proceeds, records are retained for the period required by applicable law and by our record-keeping obligations.

8. Security

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to our own mailbox. Access is limited to personnel who need it to assess or execute a transaction.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, ask us to delete it, object to or ask us to restrict how we use it, and withdraw any consent you have given. To make a request, email finance@syntagmastructured.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

This website does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not load third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. All assets are served from this domain. Your browser may store standard technical data required to load the page; no profile is built from it.
