Process

From contract to cash, in four steps.

You deliver goods with payment terms. Your buyer pays later. We purchase the receivable, give you upfront cash and take on the payment risk. Here is exactly how that runs.

1From 1 business day

Application & documents

You send us the basic package:

  • The trade contract
  • The invoice
  • Buyer information
  • Your bank details

If an aval, a bank guarantee or a letter of credit is in place, tell us at this stage — it affects both what can be financed and the pricing.

2

Limit & terms approval

We analyse four things: the buyer, country risk, the payment instrument, and the structure.

You receive:

  • An indicative discount rate
  • The advance payout amount
  • The key legal conditions
  • Whether the transaction is without recourse or limited recourse

Nothing is signed at this stage and nothing is committed. If the terms do not work for you, the process stops here at no cost.

3

Structuring & signing

We finalise the structure, draft the agreements and coordinate with the banks involved. Where the transaction is documented on the basis of the ICC Uniform Rules for Forfaiting, that is agreed here.

4

Purchase of the receivable & payout

Once documents are confirmed, we purchase the receivable and pay out the funds. Settlement in USD or AED.

Results for your business:

  • Receivable removed from the balance sheet
  • Improved liquidity
  • Faster capital turnover

What we need from you

At application: contract, invoice, buyer information, bank details.

At structuring: corporate documents, signature authority, and the underlying trade documents relevant to the transaction.

At purchase: confirmation that shipment and documentation are complete and compliant.

What we do not finance

We do not finance transactions involving sanctioned countries, entities or individuals.

Beyond that, whether a transaction works depends on the buyer, the country, the instrument and the tenor. If your transaction sits outside our scope, we will say so at step 2 rather than at step 4.
